DoorFunnel: Privacy

Last updated 5 October 2026
Applies to the DoorFunnel web app and DoorFunnel for Chrome 0.2 and later

DoorFunnel lets you save public Airbnb listings into lists, find the owners behind them and write your outreach to them.

Signing in

You sign in with Google. Google gives DoorFunnel your name, email address and profile photo. We keep them with your account as Google sends them, and we use your name and email address for your account and to email you about it. We never see your Google password. The web app and the extension keep you signed in on that browser until you sign out.

DoorFunnel is invite only. Signing in creates your account with your name and email. When you request access, we also ask for your company name, company website, number of doors and where you heard about DoorFunnel. Nothing else is saved until your access is approved.

What DoorFunnel keeps

All of it is kept in DoorFunnel's database, which Supabase hosts. Your browser keeps your sign-in and the last list you opened.

What the extension reads

On airbnb.com the extension reads the listing links on the page. It uses them to show Add or Saved on each listing. Those links stay in your browser. Nothing is sent until you add a listing.

What the extension saves

When you add a listing, the extension sends its public details to the list you picked in your DoorFunnel account:

Your lists belong to your account. You create them and choose the default in the extension. You see and manage them at doorfunnel.com/app.

Who handles your data

DoorFunnel also uses other service providers to find property owners and to compare listings with the market. They receive the listing's address and details.

We don't sell your data or share it for any other purpose. We don't use it to decide on credit or lending. The extension has no tracking, no analytics and no ads.
